Seamwork Estella running small through the shoulders, anyone else

I cut my usual Seamwork size for the Estella top based on my bust and waist measurements, but the shoulder seams sit noticeably forward and feel tight across the back. Everything else about the fit is fine, which is confusing since shoulder width usually correlates with the size overall. Has anyone else run into a shoulder-specific fit issue on this exact pattern, and did going up just one size in the shoulder area without changing anything else actually solve it for you?
