I took the Closet Core Kelly Anorak and heavily modified it into a proper tailored wool coat, adding a full lining, changing the hood to a collar, and swapping the drawstring hem for a straight one. It took considerably longer than the pattern envelope promised, closer to six weekends than one, but the fit through the shoulders came out better than any ready-to-wear coat I've bought. Sharing here mostly because I never see this pattern hacked this dramatically.
