I've noticed some online shops label everything as deadstock even when it looks suspiciously like it could just be leftover roll ends from regular production runs rather than genuine excess or overstock from a design house. Is there a real way to verify a shop's deadstock claims, or is it mostly taking their word for it? Curious how much this distinction actually matters to people here versus just caring that the fabric itself is good quality for a fair price.
