Swayback adjustment advice for the Closet Core Kalle shirtdress

There's a horizontal pool of fabric just below my waistband on the Closet Core Kalle shirtdress that I'm fairly sure is a swayback issue, but I've never done this adjustment on a dress with a yoke before. Most tutorials I've found are for plain bodices without a back yoke seam to work around. Do I pinch out the excess at the yoke seam itself or lower down at the waist seam? Photos of the excess fabric are in my profile if that helps diagnose it.
