Full bust adjustment on Cashmerette Appleton keeps pulling at armscye

I did a standard FBA on the Cashmerette Appleton following the included instructions, added about an inch and a half, but I'm still getting diagonal pulling from the bust point toward the armscye on both sides. The bodice otherwise fits well through the waist. I'm wondering if I need a bigger swayback adjustment alongside the FBA, or if I rotated the dart wrong. Has anyone dealt with pulling in this exact direction after an FBA and found the actual culprit?
