I hacked the Grainline Farrow dress bodice onto a self-drafted wide-leg trouser to make a jumpsuit, since I loved the bodice fit but wanted pants instead of a skirt. The trickiest part was matching the waist seam curve between the two pieces since the original dress waist and my trouser waist weren't drafted to the same ease. Took some careful tissue fitting to blend them smoothly. Happy to share more specific measurements if anyone wants to attempt something similar.
