After three weekends of careful pad stitching and a lot of hand basting, my Cashmerette Springfield jacket is finally done in a camel wool boucle from my stash. This is the most structured thing I've ever made and the first time I've fully lined a garment with a Bemberg lining. The collar took two attempts to sit right but I'm thrilled with how it drapes now. Definitely the piece I'm proudest of this year, and I already want to make a second one in navy.
