Where do you buy quality knit fabric with real recovery

I keep getting burned by knit fabric that looks great on the bolt photo but has almost no recovery once sewn, leaving finished garments baggy after just a few wears. Looking for shops people trust for knits that actually snap back into shape, particularly for fitted tops and dresses rather than loose loungewear. Willing to pay a bit more for something that holds up. Bonus points if they sell swatches so I can test recovery before committing to yardage.
