Trying to identify this 90s pattern envelope from a thrifted lot

Picked up a stack of loose pattern pieces at a thrift store with no envelope, just a hand-labeled ziplock bag that says '90s dress, size 12' in pencil. The silhouette based on the pieces looks like a fitted bodice with a dropped waist and a slightly gathered skirt, very of-the-era. No brand markings visible on the tissue that I can find. Posting photos in the thread in case anyone recognizes the style enough to help me identify the original company.
