I'd like to move more of my knit sewing toward organic cotton jersey but every source I've found charges roughly three times what a conventional cotton jersey costs, which makes it hard to justify for everyday basics. Are there shops with more reasonable organic options, or is this price gap just the reality of the supply chain right now? Willing to compromise on color range if it means a more sustainable option at a price I can actually sustain.
